Already have the app open?
Ask your home manager in the Assistant tab. It can answer sharing, billing, and account questions, not just home ones, faster than reading this page.
Still stuck?
If your question isn't covered below, email us and we'll help.
Transferring ownership of a home
If you're the owner, Settings → Manage Home & Sharing → Transfer Ownership lets you hand a home to someone you've already shared it with, useful if you're selling the house and want the next owner to keep the home's history (paint colors, filter sizes, warranties, trusted vendors) instead of it being lost. They'll need to accept before anything changes.
Your free trial, and promo codes
New accounts start with a free trial automatically, no card required to look around. If someone gave you an access code (from a real estate agent, a promotion, or a beta invite), look for Have a code? wherever you see the subscription screen, including on Login and Signup. Each account can only use one trial or code, ever, so if you've already had a trial on this account, a second code won't start a new one.
Managing your subscription
Where you manage it depends on how you subscribed. If you subscribed through the App Store, manage or cancel it from your device's subscription settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Atlas Home), not from inside the app, that's an Apple requirement, not an Atlas one. If you subscribed on the web through Stripe, go to Settings → Manage Billing inside the app, that opens a secure Stripe page where you can update your card or cancel directly.
Adding more than one home
Atlas currently supports up to 3 properties per account. Add another from Settings → Homes → + Add. If you're already at the limit, that button will let you know instead of failing silently.
A reminder didn't fire
Reminders rely on your phone's notification permission for Atlas being turned on. Check Settings → Notifications in the app first, then confirm notifications are allowed for Atlas in your phone's own system settings (on iPhone: Settings → Atlas Home → Notifications). If both are on and something still didn't fire, email us with the task or reminder involved, that's a real bug report, not a settings issue.
Using the Assistant
The Assistant answers questions using your own home's actual data, warranties, specs, tasks, vendors, so it can tell you things a generic chatbot can't. It also handles account and app questions like the ones on this page, sharing, billing, deleting your account. For anything involving safety, structural work, or code compliance, it'll point you to a licensed professional instead of guessing. If it gives you an answer that seems wrong, email us with what you asked, that helps us improve it.
Deleting your account
Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and any home you own, including its data, this can't be undone. If you own a home shared with other people, Atlas will warn you before you delete and offer to transfer ownership first, so the home doesn't disappear for everyone else.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel that separately in your phone's subscription settings, or you'll keep being charged. A subscription through our website is canceled automatically when you delete your account.

For anything not covered here, a bug, a billing question, a feature request, just email [email protected]. Include what you were trying to do and what happened instead, and we'll get back to you.
